Who sees your answers?

The scan measures how your organization innovates, not how anyone performs. The answer depends on how you take part.

Taking a scan for yourself?

Nobody at your work sees your answers or your report.

In a team scan?

A team scan is a team lead and their team.

You are on the team

You get your own report.

Your team lead sees the team's combined results, never who said what.

In a team scan, you also see your team lead's scores and answers.

You lead the team

Once the results open, your team sees your scores and answers, marked as the team lead's. You can add your own remarks for them.

In a scan of up to 20 people, the privacy bar is three members. All three need to answer before the combined scores show.

In your organization's scan?

You answer the scan

You get your own report.

The employer never sees which employee gave which answer, only combined results.

Employee results combine at least five people's answers. In scans of up to 20 people, the minimum is three.

Responses from leaders and managers show per role, even from a single person.

Some employee questions invite a short written remark, which the organization reads without your name.

Please leave out details that could identify you, unless you are comfortable being recognized.

Everyone in your organization who answered can see the results after the scan closes.

You run the scan

You see the results for leaders, managers and employees.

Below the minimum, counts show as “fewer than” the minimum.

You see who you invited, and how many in each role have answered.

Colleagues you give admin or analyst access see the same as you.

Did another organization ask for your view?

You answer about the organization that invited you, not about your own.

The organization sees partner and customer answers per group, without names.

Your answers count where that organization's report compares views. They do not change its scores.

What happens to every answer?

Your answers are encrypted and stored in the EU.

You can delete your account at any time. What happens to your data

Results already shared with your organization keep their combined numbers.
