This page carries the information a trader in the Netherlands owes you before you are bound by a purchase made at a distance. It applies to the paid individual scan. Nothing on it is needed to answer the free questions.
The trader
Zenshin Kaishi is a product of Plakboom B.V. (KVK 34130965). Write or call about a purchase, a refund, or anything you have bought. For everything else there is a contact form, which does not ask which organization you are from.
Withdraw from contract here
You can withdraw from the paid individual scan within 14 days of buying it, as long as your report has not been delivered. You then get the full amount back.

What you are buying, and what it costs
The paid scan is the full questionnaire for one person, scored on six dimensions, with a report you can print and save. Reports stored under your account will be removed when your account is deleted. There are no delivery costs and no recurring charge.

The privacy notice is the full account, and it governs where this page and it differ.
