What are you asked to sign off on?
Zenshin Kaishi measures how your organization innovates, not how people perform.
Who is responsible for the data?
Your organization is the controller. Plakboom B.V. is the processor.
A person buying their own scan contracts with Plakboom B.V. directly.
What is collected?
Answers, the role each person answers in, and account details.
A few questions take a short written remark.
Zenshin Kaishi buys no data in, and infers nothing from elsewhere.
There are no automated decisions about people. Scores come from fixed rules.
Where is it kept, and who processes it?
Zenshin Kaishi locks its database to the EU and switches off copying to other regions.
Zenshin Kaishi stores answers encrypted.
Cloudflare hosts the service, stores its data and sends its email. Stripe handles payments. Microsoft hosts Zenshin Kaishi's mailbox, in the EU.
Nobody else. Zenshin Kaishi does not sell data or share it for advertising.
How long is it kept?
Unfinished anonymous drafts are deleted 48 hours after they start.
After 24 months without activity, we write to the account holder. Signing in within 30 days keeps the account. Otherwise it closes on the date in our letter.
Personal details are deleted on request, at any point.
Answers then stay, no longer linked to anyone, unless your organization declined benchmarking.
What does your organization see?
Employee results combine at least five people's answers. In scans of up to 20 people, the minimum is three.
Responses from leaders and managers show per role, even from a single person.
The organization reads short written remarks without names.
Who sees what, for every way of taking part: Who sees what
